-If the "customer" wants to cancel the service more than 24 hours before the start of the service, the full service fee paid will be refunded to him.
-If the "customer" wants to cancel the service 12-24 hours before the start of the service, 75% of the service fee will be refunded.
-If the "customer" wants to cancel the service 1-12 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
-"Customer" will not be refunded for cancellations 1 hour prior to commencement of service or in cases where the service is not used. However, for the next transfer request, a 50% discount is applied for one way. (In order to apply the discount, the "Customer" must provide information about the cancellation of the previous reservation in the Note section of the new transfer order.)
-The credit card fee is collected online as soon as the reservation is made and the invoice is sent to the address given at the end of the service.
